ABOUT THE ROLE

What you will do

Speak with customers in English during campaign calls.

Explain service offers and terms accurately.

Complete sales according to campaign procedures and quality standards.

Record interactions accurately and follow sales performance metrics.

Compensation and conditions

Illustrative four-week gross hourly earnings: RD$39,000–RD$57,720, based on 39 paid hours/week.

Daily SPIFF of up to US$60 per eligible day, plus sales commissions and weekly Top Performance, Rookie of the Week and Winning Team awards.

Starting pay: RD$250 per hour.

Up to RD$370 per hour depending on eligibility and campaign terms.

Daily SPIFF and applicable sales incentives.

Weekly pay in the sales campaign.

On-site role, generally Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
